C 26 tweeter features a 26 mm (1 in.) Tetolon® dome and 20 mm (0.8 in.) voice coil for a detailed and natural reproduction of medium-high frequencies. The R&D team worked extensively to optimize the C 26 dispersion characteristics to maximize performance on the listening point, with a natural and progressive roll-off and a natural timbre that favors frequency linearity.

The installation of after-market woofers in factory placements limited by a reduced depth is a recurring problem that forces specialists to make complicated mechanical changes, extending the time to finish the job significantly. The Cento line new C 165 F flat profile woofer is the solution, thanks to a super slim basket with reduced depth that allows the use even in the most problematic OEM scenarios, widespread in new generation cars. The R&D team, through an extensive design process was able to obtain high performance even with the super slim basket feature. This was made possible by the optimization of the mobile group excursion and the new design of the cone and dustcup geometry. Like the other components of the Cento range, the use of SPP-M (Semi-Pressed Paper-Mica) provides the C 165 F with a light and rigid cone at the same time that guarantees high efficiency and an extended frequency response.

Two-way systems Cento CK 165 features the new C 26 tweeter featuring a 26 mm (1 in.) Tetolon® dome and 20 mm (0.8 in.) voice coil for a detailed and natural reproduction of medium-high frequencies. The R&D team worked extensively to optimize the C 26 dispersion characteristics to maximize performance on the listening point, with a natural and progressive roll-off and a natural timbre that favors frequency linearity. Much time was invested in the research of the perfect material for the C 165 woofer cones: through a long process of customization of the materials SPP-M was selected (Semi Pressed Paper-Mica), which preserves the natural sound of the semi-pressed paper and enhances it with Mica powder improving rigidity.

The result is an excellent balance between lightness and damping, essential for a powerful and controlled emission. The oversized ferrite magnet provides excellent control even at higher excursions. The ultra compact CCX 2 crossover featuring tweeter emission level control (0, +3 dB) uses selected components for a full and engaging sound. The CG 165 grilles included in the Cento systems brighten up the car interior with their sophisticated design. Made of high resistance ABS with metal mesh, they offer a high degree of protection within a compact size, ideal for in-car installation.

The Hertzaudio Cento Pro CPK 165 PRO car audio system includes the CP 165 woofer and the CP 25 tweeter with Tetolon dome and 25 mm voice coil, features ensuring a very wide and linear frequency response. The CP 25 employs the “Center Tuning Duct” technology: the tunnel at the center of the powerful Neodymium magnetic circuit, ensures low-temperature air exchange between the dome and the rear loading chamber, perfectly tuning the acoustics. The resulting very low resonance frequency is also functional for the woofer crossover point, elevating the sound stage. The sophisticated design of the mobile group and suspensions of the CP 165 woofer, featuring a 60Hz calibrated resonance frequency, ensures a medium-low power with excellent punch, making listening to rich low frequency genres a unique experience. The basket is consistent with the family-feeling of the Mille line with the addition of damping and protective rubber. The cone material is inherited from the Mille Pro, as well as the suspension butyl rubber and the Tetolon fiber of the tweeter dome. These materials have excellent damping and lightness characteristics, producing a balanced sound without resonance peaks. The gift box includes the woofers grilles made of a combination of metallic mesh and high resistance ABS plastic frame. The combination of these two elements allows the user to customize the installation with a sophisticated and elegant design.

Il sistema due vie MPK 165.3 è stato progettato per fornire una risposta estesa in bassa frequenza, anche nelle vetture ove non c’è spazio per un subwoofer. Grazie alle tecnologie V-cone® e Boundary Free Surround il woofer MP 165.3 ha ottime caratteristiche di dispersione e genera elevate pressioni acustiche con dimensioni compatte. Il crossover dedicato MPCX 2.3 è progettato per sfruttare l’ampia estensione del woofer MP 165.3, garantendo una naturale transizione verso il tweeter MP25.3, per la massima naturalezza di emissione. La bobina di filtro del woofer con rame da 1 mm di diametro, a bassa resistenza parassita, massimizza l’efficienza del woofer. Il crossover MPCX 2.3 è dotato di controllo di livello del tweeter (0 / +2 dB) per dosare il livello di emissione dell’MP 25.3 rispetto al woofer.

L’ MPK 1650.3 si pone al vertice dei sistemi due vie Mille PRO. Il tweeter MP 28.3 da 28 mm di diametro utilizzato in questo sistema eredita tutte le caratteristiche tecnologiche dell’ ML 28.3 Mille Legend. La geometria della cupola in Tetolon massimizza la dispersione tipica dell’ascolto fuori asse.
